龙腾教授简介

龙腾,男,1968.01出生于福建福州;现为北京理工大学教授、博士生导师,校党委委员、校长助理、雷达技术研究所所长。

1989年在中国科学技术大学无线电电子学系获得学士学位,1995年在北京理工大学电子工程系获得博士学位;在1999年和2002年分别前往美国斯坦福大学和英国伦敦大学学院做高级访问学者。

获批为国务院学位委员会第七届学科评议组成员入选;教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者;担任973项目技术首席、国家863 重点项目首席专家、某武器系统副总设计师;入选第二批国家“万人计划”领军人才、“有突出贡献中青年专家”、“百千万人才工程”国家级人选、国家创新人才推进计划—中青年科技创新领军人才、北京市科技北京百名领军人才培养工程。

担任教育部“新体制雷达与实时信息处理”创新团队带头人、高等学校学科创新引智计划项目(111基地)负责人;是原总装备部某专业组专家,中国电子学会、中国仪器仪表学会信号处理分会主任委员,中国高科技产业化研究会智能信息处理产业化分会理事长;入选美国IEEE Radar Panel成员、英国工程技术学会会士(IET Fellow)、中国电子学会会士(CIE Fellow),担任IET 2009国际雷达会议主席、IET 2013/2015国际雷达会议荣誉主席。

长期从事新体制雷达与实时信息处理领域的研究工作,出版学术著作2本,发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI检索论文50余篇、EI检索论文150余篇;获得授权发明专利50余项、受理发明专利50余项;获国家技术发明奖二等奖1 项(排名第一),国防和军队科技成果一、二、三等奖共8项,北京市教育教学成果一等奖(排名第二)。

获得政府特殊津贴、北京市五四奖章、北京市优秀教师奖、霍英东高校优秀青年教师奖、北京十大杰出青年等荣誉称号;所领导雷达技术研究所获得“国防科技工业优秀科技创新团队”、“全国教育系统先进集体”等荣誉称号,并获得2015年首届国防科技创新团队奖。
