摘要: 实验通过比较各种Bt产品生物效价,δ-内毒素含量和悬浮率数据,经过回归分析,得出δ-内毒素含量、悬浮率与生物效价的数学关系。结果表明,在已定其他因素的条件下,δ-内毒素含量与生物效价成正相关,可以作为检测Bt产品的规范方法,而悬浮率的影响可不作考虑。
