主要经历:
   分别于1984年、1987年陕西师范大学化学系获理学学士、硕士学位,随后留校任教。2003年获西北大学分析化学专业博士学位,2005年调入北京理工大学理学院化学系任教授、博士生导师。期间2005年12月应日本筑波产业技术综合研究所(NationalInstitute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology,AIST)邀请作为特聘研究员从事研究工作,2008-2009年美国佛罗里达大学(University of  Florida)访问教授。主要从事新型光学探针试剂及功能化纳米晶的设计合成及其在分子识别与化学生物传感中的应用研究。

研究方向:
1.        新型光学探针分子的设计、合成
2.        功能化纳米晶及纳米结构的设计、合成、组装
3.        分子识别与化学生物传感

研究内容:
   针对目前环境污染、食品安全、疾病的早期诊断及药物靶向治疗等人类所面对的问题中所必需的高灵敏度、高特异性化学生物识别传感学方法和器件研究,利用光诱导电子转移、电荷转移、能量转移等各种光物理过程,和酶、抗体、单链DNA和核酸识体、信号肽等生物分子识别物质,设计合成性能优异的光学(包括吸光、荧光、发光)探针分子或功能化纳米晶,构建组装针对不同目标物的分子和生物纳米识别体系,实现对生命体系或环境体系中重要目标物(包括阴阳离子,中性小分子,生物大分子,病毒,细菌,肿瘤细胞,病变组织等)的光电化学识别传感,探索识别机制及其化学本质,应用于对生命、环境、食品等复杂体系中具有重要影响力目标物的特异性标记和远程、活体、原位、实时检测或显微成像分析等。

1.        国家自然科学基金资助项目“近红外分子/纳米荧光探针制备及其在肿瘤分子成像分析中的应用研究”,主持人
2.        信号肽介导亚细胞区域靶位近红外Ca2+荧光纳米传感器的研究,国家自然科学基金项目
3.        高选择性硫醇探针的设计合成及分析应用,北京分子科学国家实验室开放课题基金

主要成果:已发表学术论文百余篇,申请国家发明专利6项,参编或主编出版教材4部,获省科技进步二等奖两项。
