摘要: 为了提高CMOS图像传感器的图像质量,通过对图像主要的噪声源以及图像失真的分析,提出一种新型的CMOS有源像素图像传感器。该CMOS图像传感器使用4T有源像素,大大提高了图像传感器的灵敏度。通过在传感器中集成图像预处理功能,对改善图像的质量起到了很好的效果。
