二、学习和工作经历
  分别于1984年7月和1987年7月在吉林大学化学系获理学学士学位和硕士学位。1987年7月至1991年7月在原化工部感光研究院工作,工程师。1995年7月在吉林大学获理学博士学位,同年10月入北京化工大学材料科学与工程博士后流动站做博士后研究。1997年11月出站并留该校任教,副教授;2002年12月调入北京理工大学化学学院,从事教学和科研工作,教授。

三、科研工作简介
  近年来,在Crystal growth & design、Cryst. Res. Technol、Spectrochimica Acta Part A、Fibers and Polymers、Nanotechnology、Journal of Colloid and Interface Science、Chemical Research in Chinese Universities等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文60余篇。主持“多元丙烯酸系高分子助剂的合成与产业化工艺研究”,国家“十二五”科技支撑计划(2011-2015);“羧酸盐助剂的产业化工艺研究与系列产品开发”,国家“十一五”科技支撑计划 (2006-2008);“农药水分散粒剂的共性技术开发”,国家“十五”科技攻关计划(2004-2005);“芳香烃的定向硝化技术开发”,国家“十五”科技攻关计划课题(2001-2003);“模板包衣-界面反应制备碳酸钙空心微球”,北京市自然科学基金(2008-2010)等国家、省部级和企业科研课题多项;参加国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等多项课题研究。授权国家发明专利1项;2013年,“聚羧酸盐系列分散剂的创制及产业化开发”获中国石油化工联合会技术发明二等奖(排名第一)。
