杨荣杰(1963年12月~),男,曾为北京工业学院,工学学士、硕士,中国科学院化学所,理学博士,北京理工大学化工与材料学院讲师、副教授、教授,美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学高访学者,2000年至今:北京理工大学材料学院教授、博士生导师、阻燃材料国家专业实验室主任。

俄罗斯《Combustion, Explosion and Shock Waves》编委、《兵工学报》常务编委、《火炸药学报》和《含能材料》编委。总装备部火炸药专业组成员,火药燃烧国防实验室学术委员会委员,北京理工大学学位委员会委员,中国材料研究学会理事,中国阻燃学会副主任委员,中国消防协会理事、学术工作委员会委员。

1979-1986:北京工业学院,工学学士、硕士;
1986-1989: 中国科学院化学所,理学博士;
1989-1999:北京理工大学化工与材料学院讲师、副教授、教授;
1999-2000:美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学高访学者;
2000年至今:北京理工大学材料学院教授、博士生导师、阻燃材料国家专业实验室主任;
主要从事高性能固体推进剂、阻燃材料和功能高分子材料等方向的研究。省部级科技进步二等奖一项;科技鉴定成果两项:“固体推进剂燃烧过程线扫描测试系统”、“固体推进剂火焰温度分布光谱分析测试系统”;国家、国防发明专利四项;企业合作阻燃材料项目多项,国防科研项目数项;科技部国际合作项目一项。国内外已发表论文近百篇,著作《火药燃烧理论》作者之一、《材料大词典》分编委委员、编写研究生教材《高分子凝聚态物理》
