张军教授简介

张军,男,1965年7月出生。国家空管新航行系统技术重点实验室主任。长期从事航空交通工程等领域的研究,在民航航路网运行监控、星基航路运行监视等方面做了基础性和开拓性工作,主持研制了我国民航首个新一代空中交通服务平台、首套星基航路运行监视装备,研究成果获得广泛应用。2013年当选中国工程院院士。

他先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家973计划、国家863计划、国家空管科研计划、民航重大科研与工程项目等20余项;获2009年国家技术发明一等奖(排名1)、2004年国家科技进步一等奖(排名1)各1项,还获得中国青年科技奖、何梁何利技术创新奖以及国家教学成果二等奖(排名1);发表SCI/EI论文100余篇、出版著作2部,获授权国家发明专利35项(排名1)。领导的空管新航行系统技术研发团队先后成为教育部创新团队、国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体和科技部重点领域创新团队。

张军教授是教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者、国家973计划项目首席科学家;现担任中国航空学会航电和空管分会主任委员,国家空中交通管制系统总体技术专家组专家,国家863计划现代交通技术领域高效运输服务技术主题专家组专家、召集人。
