2000,9-2003,12 中国科学院长春应化所,高分子物理化学国家重点实验室,博士;研究领域是过渡金属有机化
学和高分子合成化学,指导教师为李悦生研究员; 
2004,4-2009,4  日本理化学研究所(RIKEN),有机金属化学研究室,博士后;研究领域为稀土金属有机化学和
高分子化学,指导教师为侯召民主任研究员。 2008 年获得RIKEN的“首届国际基础特别研究基金项目”的资助;  
2009,4-现在   北京理工大学化学学院,校杰出中青年引进人才,教授、博士生导师,优秀青年科学基金获得
者,教育部新世纪优秀人才获得者。 

主要研究方向: 
1. 稀土和过渡金属有机化合物的合成和结构表征; 
2. 稀土和过渡金属有机化合物催化烯烃、炔烃、极性单体配位聚合反应; 
3. 稀土和过渡金属有机化合物催化有机小分子反应。
