1994-1997年于南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室在游效曾院士的指导下获博士学位。1998-1999年在中国科学院感光化学研究所(现理化技术研究所)从事博士后研究。1999-2001年作为英国皇家学会王宽诚基金研究人员(K. C. Wong Research follower)在英国诺丁汉大学(University of Nottingham)化学系Martin Schröder教授小组工作,2001-2003年在台湾大学化学系彭旭明院士的实验室及中央研究院化学所从事博士后研究。2003-2007年在北京理工大学任副教授,2007年至今在北京理工大学任教授、博士生导师。主持了多项国家自然科学基金;一项教育部留学回国人员基金;一项教育部高等学校博士点专项基金;北京理工大学基础研究基金、北京理工大学国际合作研究基金等科研项目。发表SCI收录的学术论文几十篇。与国内外的相关领域的同行有密切的联系。多次访问美国加州大学(圣迭戈,尔湾,河滨)。在美国西北大学J Fraser Stoddart组作为高级研究学者从事科研工作。讲授的研究生课程有《配位化学》、《高等无机化学》、《材料化学》等。曾获北京理工大学首届T-more优秀教师奖Sinolink奖;北京理工大学“师德先进个人”荣誉称号;获得北京理工大学优秀博士学位论文指导教师证书和优秀硕士学位论文指导教师证书。
