摘要:采用挤压铸造工艺制备了氧化铝陶瓷颗粒增强5210铝合金基复合材料,研究了复合材料的界面反应及陶瓷颗粒含量对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:铝合金与陶瓷颗粒表面的粘结剂发生了反应,并提高了复合材料的界面结合强度;当陶瓷颗粒体积含量为60%时,复合材料的抗弯强度达到最大值285.0 MPa.对断口的扫描电 ...
