摘要:通过对不同结构参数下曲轴齿轮过盈联接状态的数值模拟,考察了曲轴齿轮装配预应力的分布状态,重点分析了结构参数对曲轴齿轮装配过盈量的影响机理.研究结果表明齿轮内径和曲轴内径对过盈量的影响较为显著.研究结果可为后续柴油机曲轴、正时齿轮设计提供依据,同时也可以为机械行业过盈联接设计提供参考.
