摘要:新形势下,高校全面从严治党面临新挑战。在党中央“三不腐”重大战略布局中,“不能腐”的关键是强化权力制约。权力清单制度是高校监督权力运行的有效载体,通过分析高校权力清单制度工作现状,研究其制定依据、工作任务、实施步骤,以北京理工大学权力清单制度建设为例对落实全面从严治党责任制进行了有益实践。
